Single Office Visit
$30 first visit, then $45 afterward
All new patients receive a 45 minute initial evaluation, history, and adjustment
Children (Newborns through age 17)
$15 first visit, then $10 afterward

Package visits do not expire. Package refunds are available beginning 3 months after purchase. Value of used visits is deducted according to the above tiered pricing.
In order to provide affordable care that is free from outside influence, 18th St. Chiropractic does not accept health insurance.
HSA and FSA accepted.
Super bills are available upon request.
